Jedes Jahr werden rund 25 Millionen Tonnen Altsand aus den Gießereien auf Deponien entsorgt, obwohl Sand und Deponieraum immer knapper werden. FSP hat nicht nur ein Verfahren entwickelt, das die wertvolle Ressource Sand dauerhaft im Wertstoffkreislauf hält, sondern auch ein Betreibermodell, das die Betriebskosten deutlich senkt. 

Regenerating used foundry sands without investing

Every year, around 25 million tons of used foundry sand are disposed of in landfills, even though sand and landfill space are becoming increasingly scarce. FSP has not only developed a process that keeps the valuable resource of sand consistently in the recyclable material cycle, but also an operator model that significantly reduces operating costs.
